MaxCam Capital’s founder, Roger Cameron, is an experienced advisor who has advised clients on mid-market transactions, throughout Australia, Asia, UK, Europe and North America for over 10 years.
Roger has worked with a diverse array of clients spanning sectors including carbon markets, professional services, industrial services, healthcare, consumer products, software, financial services, fintech and biotech. He has worked across multiple sizes of transactions, from early-stage technology and software through to large multi-national enterprise transactions.
Roger has previously built and sold a mid-market corporate advisory firm and was recently one of the leaders of the corporate advisory arm of ASX listed Prime Financial Group.
PARTNER
Peter is an experienced corporate advisor, company director, technical finance specialist and an accredited Business Valuation specialist (CA ANZ). Peter has held senior financial management positions for organisations operating in complex international environments for more than 25 years, including 15 at CFO level.
For the past ten years Peter has specialised in mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions, capital raisings and interim company secretarial and CFO roles. Peter’s professional qualifications include membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ), and as a Fellow of CPA Australia.
Peter has completed a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts Degrees, a Graduate Diploma of Accounting, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Applied Finance and is also a Chartered Company Secretary.
PARTNER
David is a seasoned corporate advisor to public and private enterprise, with extensive sector expertise in industrial & engineering services and materials.
David spent the first decade of his career working in public markets advisory, ultimately leading Equity Capital Markets for a multinational investment bank.
More recently, David has spent the past 15 years advising the owners of leading mid-sized enterprises in Australia and New Zealand on their exit to leading global peers and private equity.
David splits his time between Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Bachelors of Business (Finance).
